By JERRY TAPP
Here are some of the numbers that helped define the Packers 27-24 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on November 15:
- The Packers are now 11-6 on Thursdays since 2000 — 6-1 at home, 5-5 on the road.
- Green Bay is now 2-6 all-time versus the Seahawks in Seattle even though they lead the all-time series 13-9.
- They have now lost six of their last eight road games against NFC West teams. Since 2000, they are 9-10 on the road versus NFC West foes.
- Green Bay scored first in the game and is now 29-18 (.617) in away games when they tally the first points.
- Aaron Jones scored a pair of touchdowns, one via a run and one via a pass. He became the 30th Packer in team history to score both a rushing and receiving TD in a game. The Packers are now 48-17 (.738) in games when they have a player score a rushing and receiving TD in a contest. Ahmad Green holds the Packers record with nine games with a TD via run and TD reception in the same game.
- Kicker Mason Crosby missed a field goal in the three-point loss. In 204 career games (regular season and playoffs) with the Packers, Crosby has missed one or more field goals in a loss decided by three points or less nine times.
- The Pack tallied 14 points in the first quarter. They are now 20-11 (.645) in the Super Bowl era (since 1966) when they score 14 or more points in the first quarter in a road game
- Davante Adams had 10 receptions for 166 yards. He became the 11th player in team history to have 10 or more receptions and 150 or more receiving yards in a game. Sterling Sharpe tops this list with three games.
- Adams had 10 or more receptions for the sixth time in his career. He is now one game behind Donald Driver and Sterling Sharpe for most games with 10 or more receptions by a Packers player. The team is only 3-3 in games where Adams has 10 or more receptions.
- Kyler Fackrell (pictured) had three sacks in the game for the second time this season. He became only the sixth Packer since 1983 to have multiple games in a season with three or more sacks. The others: Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila, Tim Harris, Aaron Kampman, Clay Matthews and Reggie White.
- Green Bay held a four-point lead going into the fourth quarter. They are now 65-16 (.802) in road games in the McCarthy era (since 2006) when they have a lead going into the fourth quarter.
- Aaron Rodgers was sacked five times in the contest. The Pack is 5-22 (.185) since 2000 when their QBs are sacked five or more times.
- Rodgers threw for 332 yards and did not have an interception. It was the 35th game in his career that he had 300 or more yards passing and no picks in a game. That places him fourth all-time in this stat; the other three are Drew Brees (50 games), Tom Brady (47 games) and Peyton Manning (37 games). Green Bay is 28-7 (.800) when Rodgers had a 300-yard passing and no interception game.
- Seattle gained 173 yards rushing while the Packers rushing game was held to 43. Green Bay is 3-31-1 (.100) all-time in games where the opponents gain over 150 yards rushing and the Packers gain less than 50 yards rushing in the same game.
- The Pack did not have a turnover in the game. They are now 50-17 (.746) in road games since 1966 when they do not have a turnover.
- This is only the fourth season in McCarthy’s tenure that the team has lost five or more games on the road in a season. They lost six in 2008, and lost five road games in 2010, 2017 and now 2018.
- Rodgers had a Passer Rating of 128.7 in the game. It is only the third time in his career that the team has lost a game when Rodgers had a Passer Rating of 125 or better; they are now 31-3 (.912) in games when Rodgers has a Passer Rating of 125 or higher. All three losses were road games.
- Green Bay scored 21 points in the first half of the game, but could only tally three in the second half. The team is 18-6 (.750) in games since 1966 when they score 20 or more points in the first half but three or less in the second half.
