Tapp-ing into the Numbers: 40 Packers Stats Until Opening Kickoff (No. 23)

By JERRY TAPP

Aaron Rodgers had four games last season where he had three or more touchdown passes and over 300 yards passing in the same game. That moved him into a fourth-place tie with Dan Marino for the most games with 3-plus TD passes and 300-plus yards passing games in NFL history.

Here’s a look at the QBs with at least 20 such games in their careers (regular season and playoff games):

Games with 3+TD passes and 300+ passing yards
1. Drew Brees, 60
2. Peyton Manning, 51
3. Tom Brady, 48
4. Aaron Rodgers, Dan Marino, 35
6. Brett Favre, 28
7. Kurt Warner, 27
8. Philip Rivers, 25
9. Joe Montana, 24
10. Ben Roethlisberger, 23
11. Dan Fouts, Tony Romo, 22

The Packers are 28-7 (.800 winning percentage) when Rodgers has three or more TD passes and over 300 yards passing in a game.
