Packers Will Fly By Vikings

After the Minnesota Vikings were stranded in their plane for almost four hours Friday night after it skidded off the runway, you couldn’t blame them for not staying on it and going right back to Minneapolis.

Don’t expect much to go right for the weary and slumping Vikings today, either, when they face the highly-mtivated Packers at Lambeau Field. The Vikings have virtually no chance to advance to the playoffs; the Packers, on the other hand, have a solid one.

Packers hall-of-fame in-waiting quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been on a major roll but he ccould be challenged by a formidable Vikings’ defense, which has a top-notch secondary. Bu if Rodgers stays the course – 10 TD passes and NO interceptions in the last five games, along with a passer rating that’s been at least 100 in four of them – this game could be over quickly.

Prediction: Packers 34, Vikings 20.
